I specialize in working with adult individuals and couples, assisting them in ending destructive patterns and developing greater sense of confidence and competence. I incorporate education, trauma recovery interventions, EFT, relaxation, CBT, mindfulness and insight therapy into a plan that is designed collaboratively to meet the unique needs of the client.

As a retired law enforcement veteran of twenty-one years, I use my background and understanding to work with emergency responders and their significant others to address relational issues, as well as the effects of acute and cumulative trauma. I am a clinician and peer with the West Coast Posttrauma Retreat and SOS in Marin County (part of the First Responder Support Network).
